Please read all information before ordering. Note: basimports.com reserves the right to request additional identification. If needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will then be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by fax or e-mail. Shipping. Our standard ground shipping takes from 5 to 7 business days within The United States and Canda (unless otherwise noted in the product description). For international orders, we ship via Air mail. Generally international shipments take 7 to 21 business days from day of shipment unless customs causes a delay for some reason. If you have not received your order within 10 business days from expected arrival time OR have received the wrong product, please fill out our Shipping Error for our fulfillment department to correct. Cancellation Policy. Once an order has been submitted, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we will be unable to cancel an order after it has been submitted.To Cancel an order costs us from $5.00 to $25.00 This is charged by our payment proceesors and that cost will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Please order carefully. Return Policy. We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 7 days from the date of the delivery. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Items may be returned only with prior authorization. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with the exception where basimports.com has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, Member must contact basimports.com . Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued for the full amount of the order if the correct item is unavailable. basimports.com must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery. Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Defective Items: A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 10 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA an automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse. If the return has been received at our warehouse after 10 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be returned to the Customer at their expense. All reimbursements are done in the form of a company credit which can be used towards new orders. Member may request a refund back to the credit card in which case a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Refunds may take 45 to 60 business days to post back to the credit card. Note: Shipping cost are not refundable and will be deducted from total amount of the refund. Your Satisfaction is Our Success. Certain conditions and/or restrictions apply: A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the issuance of the RA#, after which the RA# expires. RA#'s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. basimports.com reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging in resellable condition with the UPC or bar code intact and serial numbers, and all components, manuals and registration card (s) included. Products using accessories such as adaptor, etc. must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory or will require a deduction for a replacement. A product that is returned incomplete or damaged -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is calculated to return the returned product to a resellable condition. Special Orders: Special orders usually ship directly from Factory, our other business partners or from Independant Suppliers. Special orders will be noted in the product description Return on special order items unless defective is not allowed. 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to special orders. NOTE: Health, Beauty, Software, Games & DVDs .......... Health and Beauty computer software, video games, video gaming systems, audio CDs, VHS videos, and DVD videos as well as any other personal use or consumable products cannot be returned.
